We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement end-to-end IT solutions that align with business goals using modern technology stacks. You will be a key player in analyzing requirements, architecting scalable and secure solutions, and driving best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do :

Design and develop comprehensive IT solutions integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable architecture designs.
Map and document solution flows, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations.
Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for technology implementation and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices.
Hands-on expertise in event streaming and messaging platforms.
Proficiency in API gateway design and service mesh implementation.
Strong background in system integration, cloud architectures, and DevOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and best practice guides.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of security best practices for distributed systems.
Understanding of batch and micro-batch processing patterns.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
Exposure to EDW/Database technologies, SQL/NoSQL.
Familiarity with tools such as Apigee, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Redis.
Bonus Points
Professional certifications in architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, or cloud platforms.
