Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React for customizations.
- Experience with ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Exposure to NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities.
