Job Description
  • Support the RFP processes by gathering requirements, evaluating supplier responses, and comparing cost structures.
  • Participate in new supplier onboarding, ensuring documentation and certifications meet regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Analyze historical spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation strategies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to support sourcing decisions.
  • Maintain organized contract records, track renewal dates, and support updates to pricing, terms, and supplier obligations'
  • Analyze KPI results to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement within the supplier base.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to government and defense-related procurement.
  • Track purchase order acknowledgements, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve delivery or scheduling issues; update ERP systems accordingly.
  • Ensure timely invoice receipt to support accurate processing and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate resolution of accounts payable, logistics, and customs-related issues tied to purchase orders.
