Job Description
Manufacturing/Automotive domain experience preferred
Technical/Functional Skills -
- Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive or any discrete manufacturing industry is required.
- Minimum 10+ years of Implementing S/4HANA Production Planning and other related planning solutions is required.
- In depth experience in SAP – Production Planning and Detail Scheduling capabilities - interactive production planning, Detailed scheduling, Pegging, Production Planning table, Planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling and sequencing is required.
- Experience in Cross-Location Planning, Automated Responses to changes in planning situation Multi-Level Constraint based Production Plan, Sub-daily Buckets, Telescopic Time Buckets, Time Dependent Safety Stock is required.
- In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution planning and Service planning are required.
- Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired.
- Experience in Automotive manufacturing or Repetitive manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional social skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members at all levels of the organization.
