JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
- Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and Google BigQuery for performance and scalability.
- Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
- Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain rigorous Coding Standards.
- Develop System Test Plans and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.
- Analyze current business processes to build Process Model Diagrams and recommend optimizations.
- Lead the technical transition and migration from DFIO to new planning products.
Essential Skills:
- Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
- Hands-on experience in Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture (Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and migration planning.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and change requests.
Desirable Skills:
- Deep domain expertise in the Retail Industry.
- Experience in System Integration and Architectural Alignment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
