1.Responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting client SSO/VIP Authentication Hub and related SSO services to ensure secure, seamless, and continuous authentication for enterprise users and applications.
2. Provide Level 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex authentication and SSO issues.
3. Design and implement SSO integrations for new applications and services, ensuring compliance with security standards.
4. Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to maintain platform stability and security.
Collaborate with security architects and engineering teams to enhance authentication mechanisms and enforce identity governance policies.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagrams
