Job Description
  1. Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints related to system and process changes.
  2. Apply business analysis frameworks and methodologies to ensure structured problem-solving.
  3. Provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  4. Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Review and validate solution designs to ensure they meet business needs.
  6. Assist in developing implementation plans and post-implementation evaluations.
  7. Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations based on analytical findings.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  9. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather evolving business needs.
  10. Document standard operating procedures and process improvement initiatives.
  11. Support project managers with scope definition, timelines, and deliverables.
  12. Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement.
  13. Provide ongoing analytical support to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  14. Act as a liaison between business users, clients, and technical development teams.
  15. Support change management initiatives by documenting process changes and training materials.
